THIS TICKET OPTION IS ALL CHILDREN 5 YEARS OLD AND YOUNGER

For example: The first adult is covered in your main registration. Any additional adult guests tickets would be purchased with the "Additional Guest" ticket option. Please use this option for any child 5 years old or younger who are attending. Please also use the correct quantity so we have a correct count on youth 17 and under attending as we have special activities planned for them during the rally and update their names and ages in the name field above. If you have more than one child with the same t-shirt size please let us know in the notes section.

Cancellation Policy: For a FULL REFUND you may cancel up to 30 days in advance. You must email us at [email protected] before Friday, June 9th to receive a full refund. 30 to 14 days before the event a 50% refund will be issued. Again you must email us at [email protected] on or before June 23rd to receive a 50% refund. Any refund requests after June 23rd and any no shows there will be NO REFUNDS.

Return Policy: In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
