RVing to Alaska 2023 Rendezvous at the River Campout Rally
located at the beautiful Tolsona Wilderness Campground on the Glen Highway at Milepost 173, west of Glenallen, Alaska.

Arrival: Sunday, July 9th after 12:00pm
Departure: Thursday, July 13th AM
Early Bird Registration costs $155 - $400 depending on site choices listed below. Early Bird pricing available thru May 15th, 2023.

THIS REGISTRATION FEE COVERS ALL COSTS INCLUDING THE CAMPGROUND FEE FOR THE RALLY FOR THE FIRST PERSON IN YOUR PARTY/RV. If additional person's are attending under your registration please add their separate registration (Additional Adult $60 or Youth Tickets $50 (5 & younger FREE) into your cart before checking out.

Below is the description of campground sites available for the rally and their costs including rally costs for the 1st adult.

Standard Site: $200. Standard sites are either back-in or pull thru-sites with water and 30-amp electric hookups. Each site comes with a picnic table and a fire ring. (Limited to 26 sites)

Premium Beach Site: $225. Premium beach sites are either back-in or pull-thru waterfront sites with your own rocky beaches. All premium sites come with water and 30-amp hookups as well as a picnic table and fire ring. (Limited to 14 sites)

Small RV Dry Site: $155. The small RV sites are for RV's 25 feet or smaller. They come with a picnic table and fire ring. They DO NOT have hook-ups. These sites can accommodate smaller trailers and class B/C up to 25 feet max. (Limited to 10 sites)

Rally Style Dry Site: $155. Rally style dry sites DO NOT have hook-ups available. Three Group Sites (named Beaver, Fox and Caribou) make up the rally style group parking. You will be parked rally style and will be parked as you come in therefore if you are traveling with another RV who has purchased a Rally Site please come in together so you may be parked together. Each group site has 1 picnic table and fire ring to share. (Limited to 45 sites.)

Yurt Site: $400. Five Yurts are available to rent if you do not have an RV or wish to have additional people attend the Rally but not in your RV. All yurts have electric, heat, and can sleep up to six people. The yurt sites have fire rings and picnic tables and are located close to water access. Yurts do not have bedding or linens. You must provide those yourself. (Limited to 5 sites.)
This registration fee includes your campground fees for four nights (July 9-12th) and the cost for the 1st adult in your RV/party. Please plan to stay for the entire event as no refunds or credits will be made for any early or late departures.
Whats included:
• 4 nights of camping (dry camping rally style or electric sites within the campground available)
• Event T-shirt for every attendee (for registrations made prior to June 20th)
• One catered group meal on arrival day (for registrations made prior to June 20th)
• Group Activities include: nightly campfires, a movie night, group hike to the mud volcanos, stream fishing, river tubing, game nights and other social activities.
• Free time to do your own thing such as fishing, hiking, berry picking or exploring the Glenallen area on your own.
• Two Group Potlucks planned so bring you best recipes and ingredients for a group breakfast and our farewell dinner.
Best of all… meeting new friends and finding community on the road.
Other activities will be made available for a small surcharge paid directly to the campground. These include a Make & Take Paint Craft class at $20 per person and rentals such as float tubes, bikes, hammocks and fishing poles.

Once registered our staff will send you a separate email within 24-48 hours with your event confirmation as well as a password to join our private FB group only available to Rally Attendees. Be sure to look for any emails from [email protected] in your junk mail or spam folder incase it gets misdirected out of your main email folder.

Cancellation Policy: For a FULL REFUND you may cancel up to 30 days in advance. You must email us at [email protected] before Friday, June 9th to receive a full refund. 30 to 14 days before the event a 50% refund will be issued. Again you must email us at [email protected] on or before June 23rd to receive a 50% refund. Any refund requests after June 23rd and any no shows there will be NO REFUNDS. Please note there will be also no refunds or credits made for any early or late departures.

Return Policy: In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
