THIS TICKET OPTION IS FOR ANY 3RD ADULT OR MORE STAYING IN YOUR RV. (EXAMPLE: ADULT CHILD, COUSIN EDDIE ect.) Please update the correct quantity per additional adult guest staying in your RV. If you have more than one person with the same t-shirt size please let us know in the notes section.

For example: your RV will be housing 4 rally attendees. The first two adults are covered in your Couples ticket registration. You would then need to choose this ticket choice with a quantity of 2 for your 2 additional adult guests. Please note children 17 and younger are DISCOUNTED so please register them with the "Youth" or "Child" tickets so we have a count on how many children will be attending the event.

Whats included:
• Event T-shirt for every adult attendee (guaranteed for registrations made on or before to June 1st)
• One catered group meal on arrival day (guaranteed for registrations made on or before June 1st)
• Daily Activities in camp with seminars and special guests
• Two Group Potlucks planned so please bring you best recipes and ingredients for a group breakfast and our farewell dinner.

• Group Activities NOT included in your ticket price such as of the Sip & Paint Class is at an additional cost to cover supplies and instruction to do the project.

Cancellation Policy: For a FULL REFUND less a $65 administrative fee you may cancel up to 60 days in advance. You must email us at support@rvingtoalaska.com on or before Friday May 1st to receive a full refund less a $65 administration fee. 59 to 30 days before the event a 50% refund will be issued. Again you must email us at support@rvingtoalaska.com between May 2nd through May 31st to receive a 50% refund. Any refund requests on or after June 1st and any no shows there will be NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. Also for your protection there will be no allowed private sale or transfer of tickets. All ticketing must be processed thru RVing to Alaska and tickets issued must match those who are attending. Finally please note there will also be no refunds or credits made for any early or late departures.

Product Return Policy: In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
