THIS TICKET OPTION IS ALL CHILDREN 5 YEARS OLD AND YOUNGER

For example: The first adult is covered in your main registration. Any additional adult guests tickets would be purchased with the "Additional Guest" ticket option. Please use this option for any child 5 years old or younger who are attending. Please also use the correct quantity so we have a correct count on youth 17 and under attending as we have special activities planned for them during the rally and update their names and ages in the name field above.

Cancellation Policy: For a FULL REFUND less a $65 administrative fee you may cancel up to 60 days in advance. You must email us at [email protected] on or before Friday, May 22nd to receive a full refund less a $65 administration fee. 30 to 14 days before the event a 50% refund will be issued. Again you must email us at [email protected] between May 23rd and on or before June 21st to receive a 50% refund. Any refund requests after June 21st and any no shows there will be NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please note there will also be no refunds or credits made for any early or late departures.

Product Return Policy: In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact us.

2024 Rendezvous Rally Cancellation requests received on or before Wednesday, May 22nd, 2024 will receive a complete refund minus an administration fee of $65. Cancellation requests received between May 23rd, 2024 and June 21st, 2024 will receive a refund in the amount of 50% of their registration costs. There will be NO refunds after June 21st, 2024. No Exceptions.
