RV2AK 2026 Rally: Main RV Registration

Below is the description of ALL sites available for this year's rally and their costs:

Rally Style RV Site: $400. All sites are dry sites that DO NOT have electric of water hook-ups available. You will be parked Rally Style (side by side) on a dirt/gravel airstrip on the private property of the Historic Chulitna River Lodge. You will be parked as you come in therefore if you are traveling with another RV please plan to arrive together so you may be parked together.

Whats included:
• 4 nights of camping (rally style dry campsite, non-electric).
• Event T-shirt for every adult attendee (guaranteed for registrations made on or before to June 1st.) Additional t-shirts are available for purchase at $30 each. Please add to your cart if you wish to purchase additional shirts or for any youth or children attending.
• One catered group meal on arrival day (guaranteed for registrations made on or before June 1st).
• Daily Activities in camp with seminars and special guests.
• You are free to do your own thing such as fishing, hiking, berry picking or exploring the area on your own throughout the event.
• Two Group Potlucks planned so please bring you best recipes and ingredients for a group breakfast and our farewell dinner.
Best of all… you will meet new friends and find community on the road!

• Some group activities are NOT included in your ticket price such as of the Make & Take Class which is at an additional cost ($50 per participant) to cover the cost of the Professional Instructor and all supplies and instruction to do the project. You can pre-order your Make & Take today as an add-on.

Once registered our staff will send you a separate email within 24-48 hours with your event confirmation as well as a password to join our private FB group only available to 2026 Rally Attendees. Be sure to look for any emails from RVing to Alaska in your junk mail or spam folder incase it gets misdirected out of your main email folder.

Cancellation Policy: For a FULL REFUND less a $65 administrative fee you may cancel up to 60 days in advance. You must email us at support@rvingtoalaska.com on or before Friday May 1st to receive a full refund less a $65 administration fee. 59 to 30 days before the event a 50% refund will be issued. Again you must email us at support@rvingtoalaska.com between May 2nd through May 31st to receive a 50% refund. Any refund requests on or after June 1st and any no shows there will be NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. Also for your protection there will be no allowed private sale or transfer of tickets. All ticketing must be processed thru RVing to Alaska and tickets issued must match those who are attending. Finally please note there will also be no refunds or credits made for any early or late departures.

Tickets will be available leading up to the day of the event or until we do sell out, we are limited to 70 RV's. HOWEVER any tickets purchased AFTER Monday June 1st, 2026 are not guaranteed the catered welcome dinner, welcome gifts or event t-shirts due to needing to order in advance with our suppliers. So please register as early as possible if you are planning to attend.
